Mike Jones joined Perfect Placement in 2008 following a successful career within the Automotive Sector. Mike spent many of these years working with BMW as a Sales Manager in the Midlands. His final role saw him as a Group Buyer for the Sytner BMW group. His passion for sailing eventually paved way for a relocation with his wife Sally to a Thatched cottage on the edge of the Norfolk Broads where his little collection of boats is only a stone throw away.

Alongside his relocation Mike was keen to find himself a fresh challenge and approached Perfect Placement to offer his experience to our company. He is now the Area manager for the West Midlands area where Mike makes the most of his extensive contacts providing an excellent level of service to candidates and clients alike.

Besides sailing Mike loves spending time with his family and has grown up son and daughter. You will also find Mike on the slopes during the Skiing season both on and off the piste.
